R-Zone is a wonderful gym. It provides you with wonderful trainors, a very effective yet quick work-out that only lasts one hour, and most importantly, it provides results. You will train in an all female setting (love that) with wonderful women that encourage you and quickly become friends. Your body will quickly show results and you will feel happier and stronger. I highly recommend giving it try !!

Phenomenal workout. Great equipment for exercises. The class was small, but if it's a full class, I believe it accommodates 20 people. It's an all female studio, and the workouts are great, but you determine the weight range to use. This would be my only criticism because some people definitely need guidance in that area. The instructors seem pretty knowledgeable. They observe and advise on form and how to do the exercise correctly, if necessary.
