Totally Love this gym! The workouts are super fun yet challenging and motivating. The coaches/trainers really push you in a supportive way. The community of women is so uplifting, it feels like a family. Perfect place to get stronger and stay consistent!
I’m a member and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, empowering and incredibly motivating. Every class is well structured and led by knowledgeable,encouraging trainers who genuinely care about your progress and well being. It’s a supportive environment. The workouts are challenging but doable keeping it fresh and fun. Highly recommended to any woman looking for strong positive fitness community!
Rzone CG has been a great experience! I absolutely love the workout and the environment, it’s friendly, clean, and super motivating. One of the things I appreciate the most is how attentive the trainers are. They’re always checking your form and making sure you’re doing each movement correctly, so you never feel lost or alone during the session. It truly feels like a supportive community. Highly recommend!
Not usually one to leave reviews, but joining this gym was the best decision I’ve made. This past year I was feeling super weak, tired, and unmotivated. I joined with my mom to feel better and spend more time together, and it’s done exactly that. The first classes were really tough, but pushing through showed me how much I needed this. I love R Zone Fitness! The coaches are super helpful and always there to support you. They offer flexible hours and a wide variety of classes to choose from. I feel energized and motivated every time I go. Highly recommended!! ❤️
