This is everything I wanted from a gym! I like that it’s a judgement-free zone with guided workouts and of course I just love a gym that’s for the girlies!! The workouts will have you feeling so confident and strong, and since it’s such an uplifting environment, it makes you want to show up! Coach Heidy is so sweet and helpful the whole way through!! I finally found a gym that I enjoy! 💕
Gio Olí and Heidi do a great job leading the classes. The space is clean and the workout spaces are well defined. It never feels crowded at RZone. I especially love the women’s only aspect. I shopped around for other gyms in Miami but this one checked all the boxes. I highly recommend!
Totally Love this gym! The workouts are super fun yet challenging and motivating. The coaches/trainers really push you in a supportive way. The community of women is so uplifting, it feels like a family. Perfect place to get stronger and stay consistent!
I’m a member and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, empowering and incredibly motivating. Every class is well structured and led by knowledgeable,encouraging trainers who genuinely care about your progress and well being. It’s a supportive environment. The workouts are challenging but doable keeping it fresh and fun. Highly recommended to any woman looking for strong positive fitness community!
Love it here! Classes are not too packed, and coaches focus on helping every individual. They really push you and believe in your capabilities when you don't. As someone who was not active at all, I now look forward to my workouts. Definitely worth the time and investment!
