I found this fitness center by pure LUCK! I was tired of going to the gym with no motivation because I simply didn’t know what I was doing. I tried taking small workout classes but the times never seem to work out with my personal schedule. I’m so happy I found R Zone Fitness! Not only is it women-only classes, but they have classes as early as 5:30am to as late as 7:30pm! I can join a class either before or after work! At this point in my life, I’ve exercised every which way a woman can. Pilates, Beachbody, personal trainers, big gyms, fancy gyms…. but at this point of my fitness journey, I needed a welcoming women-centric environment, that would help me build lean muscle, without breaking the bank…this is exactly what I get with RZone. The best gym in Miami! I am so happy I have found this place. Definitely recommended for all women who want to exercise on a friendly environment. The staff there is so nice and always happy to help with any matter, I love the support and flexibility they provide. Excellent price and value for money. I couldn’t recommend it enough.
Highly recommend! The coaches are great and very personable, available to assist and motivate you when needed. All ages and body types welcomed. It’s a fun good vibes atmosphere. I highly recommend taking a class with Heidy Molina, she’s our favorite. ❤️
