The best fitness center a woman can attend! The fitness routines are balanced.. challenging and result producing. The staff is wonderful and the community of members is beautiful! I have been a member for 3 years and would be there for 30 more!!!!
Review I really like RZone in Coral Gables! It’s a high-energy gym with coaching that keeps the focus on doing things the right way. What really stands out to me is the way the trainers look after technique in class, so you feel challenged and motivated, but also supported with their guidance. I was looking for a gym that makes me feel comfortable and at the same time guides me correctly in the exercise postures... and here I found the perfect one! I love that it is only for girls, the coaches of all classes motivate and guide you. Furthermore, all the staff is very warm. I highly recommend.
R Zone is amazing! The routines are effective and keep you motivated every time. The coaches are fun, supportive, and really take the time to know you by name, which makes it feel so personal. The space is always clean, and the equipment is top-notch. Highly recommend!
This is everything I wanted from a gym! I like that it’s a judgement-free zone with guided workouts and of course I just love a gym that’s for the girlies!! The workouts will have you feeling so confident and strong, and since it’s such an uplifting environment, it makes you want to show up! Coach Heidy is so sweet and helpful the whole way through!! I finally found a gym that I enjoy! 💕
