The owners/staff are very nice! The gym is always clean and the equipment is new and good quality. Each piece of equipment has bar codes to scan that will bring you to a YouTube video and show you how to use the equipment if you’re not sure. You can tell the owners sincerely care about fitness and their gym/clients.

What a great gym! I planned to be in town for an afternoon and wanted a place to work out. I did a little research in advance and found this place. The owners made it simple to get a day pass, which was arranged before I arrived. Heather was very welcoming gave me a short tour.
