I visited their Alexandria warehouse like place before I placed an order. I met Michael and a younger guy at the communal reception area in the building, they brought out samples with them (didn’t actually see their office or warehouse). I emailed Michael to confirm details and never heard back from him, and yet I placed an online order (a huge mistake) on 6th April 2023. These guys are an absolute scam, took my money for products ordered online and have never received them. They do not answer the phone or emails. BE WARNED!!
Cant get a hold of them and where is my order. Very poor service. Been over a month.
Have been using this supplier for almost 8mths and the communication is horrible and service is shocking. We have been waiting for over 3wks for our current order with ZERO communication and it isn’t the first time so they’ve lost our business. Shame as we really wanted to support local- not good RZN!!!
I ordered and paid and I only recieved an order summary,, cannot contact them I have emailed at least 10 times rang them and they are not getting back to me I got items in the past and always had no problems but now it seems the company has gone down and they are still accepting orders online this is very bad service
