They stole my girlfriend’s spare, I dropped the car off on the spare and had them fix the original tire, picked the car up, got home and realized the spare was missing. Went back and they said they have no idea what I’m talking about and told me there’s nothing they could do. Avoid at all costs
Hector and his crew are fantastic. The prices are reasonable and the workmanship is great! I would highly recommend them to everyone!!
I arrived with a set of new takeoff wheels and tires that I purchased separately. I wanted to get the new wheels and tires installed on my vehicle and have the TPS sensors swapped from my old set to the new set. They were able to get me in and out in under 40 minutes at a very reasonable price. Other tire shops told me I’d have to leave my car with them for at least half a day. Customer service was amazing and I will definitely come back in the future!
Have had great experience here before. Recently however they over torqued a lug and broke it off on the stud. Tried to take off remaining nuts to repair and broke a wrench extension trying to get lugs off. Blamed the nut but on taking it in to repair, I was CLEAR to the tech that RZ over torqued ALL my lugs breaking one. This is not the first review that states this. The wheel was destroyed getting stud out. 60 dollar mount cost me over $500. They charged me anyway after breaking my lug🤷♂️ Use them at your own risk.
