They destroyed the paint on all 4 of my wheels by removing the weights with something metal and sharp. These wheels have never had their tires replaced yet from new so the weights were still original and they are the only people to have touched these wheels and remove the weights.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an appointment for an alignment, but it ended up being an appointment to wait while their machines charged. After the delay, the tech checked my car, saw the alignment was already perfect, and didn’t need to do anything. Even shrugged toward the owner like he knew there was nothing to charge for. Then they tried to hit me with the full alignment service $100 bill.
