I've been using RZ Tire Garage for about a year now for personal and fleet vehicle needs. Everytime I've been there, it's always been first-come, first-serve. Stopped by on Monday for an alignment and was told they couldn't get me in till Wednesday. Come in on Wednesday, and I'm asked if I have an appointment. I was never told I needed an appointment. The girl at the desk told me I was told this - sorry, no I wasn't; the guy told me to come back on Wednesday. You just lost my personal business and my work fleet's business.
These guys are the best. Yesterday I drove past a dozen tire shops to go to them because I know that they’ll treat me right.
