We hired RZ Remodeling in 2023 for a patio cover/balcony project and sliding door installation. The project was completed in 2024. After completion, we experienced serious water intrusion and leaks during rain. We contacted the company, and while some workers were sent to inspect and attempt repairs, the issues were not resolved.
