Richard is very thorough and knowledgeable on car mechanics. I have not met a more honest shop owner who supports his clients with a personal touch as he does.
Brought my wife's car in because it wouldn't start. BCAA guy said it was the alternator, which I automatically knew was expensive. Rishard did a thorough check of all the electrical components and because of his diligence, it turned out to be a dying battery, which doesn't cost as much to replace. I really appreciate his honesty in telling me what needed to be fixed, instead of gouging a customer like some other places.
