RYZR Chiropractic was amazing! I had come in to get an adjustment from an injury and Trevor spent an hour with me thoroughly going over my pain. He helped with adjustments, stretches, massage, and suggestions for things I can do at home! Such a comprehensive experience and huge help! If I ever need it, I’d definitely use RYZR again.
He spends as much time as possible with every patient that comes in, including me! On my first visit he made sure he addressed all needs and concerns and that I was fully taken care of. (We went way past the allotted appointment time) I appreciate how kind he is as well, continually checking in with me and my pain level the entire visit. Was in agonizing pain from multiple ribs being out and his work helped tremendously!
I came in 5 days before running a marathon and Dr. Trevor Anderson was a god send! I was having some hamstring problems and he was able to not only help me but explain exactly what was going on in my body and what may have caused it so I can prevent it in the future. He gave me exercises to take home so that I can continue the work he did in order to keep myself healthy for running. Great experience! Dr Anderson met me at his office on a Saturday an hour after I called. Horrible neck and shoulder pain, within an hour it was tolerable and I had a plan to be able to help myself heal with exercises. Within 3 days the pain was completely gone. We are so lucky to have his skill and heart in Cache Valley!
