You gotta love RYU. I loved the service, the clothes and the staff were very welcoming. A must-go-to place for athleisure clothing in Toronto.
Bad customer service. I have tried to make a return for 1 week. Since my first email, they were supposed to send me a Shipping Label, no answer. I have tried the support form (2x), support email (2x), and Messenger (2x). No answer. They deleted my comment on Facebook, so somebody somewhere must have read my messages. Great products, very bad customer service. Never again.
