Fantastic subs. I have been running mine for a couple of years...still amazed how smooth and deep it is.
Tried multiple times to inquire about Subs , no response . I just bought an HSU VTF 3 MK5 ..
I've been trying to get customer support to buy a sub, and nobody will return a call. I have called, emailed, and texted multiple times. They are in business to sell subs but won't provide the service needed to make the sale. I wonder how well they support you after the sale. They seem to be out of business, and looking at the website also appears to indicate this.
If you're looking for good customer service in a good product I suggest you go elsewhere. Ryhthmik has tons of fans on the Internet, but unfortunately I've had nothing but bad experiences with this company. 2 Calls with no return calls. One answered call and the person there couldn't be bothered to help with advice on what product to purchase. Even with these bad experiences, I went ahead and purchased a replacement grill for a subwoofer I obtained second hand. Order was placed and then crickets. No one will answer the phone... read more
