Contacted them to do a small patio roof job. Never heard from them for 2 days. Sent message telling them I would go elsewhere and they replied immediately saying wanted job. Never came to property to see, but I understand they flew a drone over it (never said so, but heard from others they do this). Told me they were going to send me 3 options/estimates. It's been 4 days...no estimates. Going with another company that was more professional (even called me about concern of upcoming weather). Glad they didnt respond. Very Happ... read more

Bad customer service, incomplete work on a roof!! – Terrible customer service. Called for a roof replacement. Only used them as a favor for a neighbor who worked there. Company was hard to reach by phone and unprofessional. Would not look at house to make a bid, only used aerial images. Bid was a lot less than the final price. No financing available. Limited choice of shingles. Roof was not completed until months after proposal was sent in. Final roof was missing the back flashing. I didn't find out about this until days lat... read more
