Service was slow, price was high, owner charged $21.00 for an $11.00 fuel filter. The owner delay tell me the vehicle was ready to justify charging 3/4 of an hour labor for ten minutes of work. Beware of Rytek. Very congenial but not very trustworthy. I will pass this info on to everyone in the Fairport and the eastern suburbs.

I recently bought a new car and I took it to Rytek to have it checked out before I payed for it. They looked it over thoroughly and gave me a list of everything that needed work and a cost estimate for each fix. Not only that, they took the time to show me around under the hood and point things out to me so I knew exactly what it was they were talking about. I am so thankful for Rytek Automotive. We have had all of our cars serviced by Rytek for years now. They have been honest, hard working and fixed everything we brought to the garage. I highly recommend Rytek Automotive to everyone.

I am so grateful to have found Rytek a number of years ago. I have complete confidence if they advise that I need a repair that I really do, it will be done correctly, and at a fair price. The staff is courteous and respectful and thank me for my business. I know they treat my car as if it was there own. It is a bit out of the way for me but worth the drive.
