I had a flood inside my home at night. Called USAA ins. for claim and they sent Dylan Sollers out to my home within just a couple of hours. He was prompt, polite, courteous and well informed. He addressed my home and property with respect and kept me informed during the entire process. All work was done promptly and carefully and with good result to prevent further damage, such as mold. How do you turn a nightmare into a pleasant experience. Last night our toilets overflowed for hours and to my surprise I returned to a house full of water and soiled carpets. USAA was called and within minutes later Mitchell from Rytech called and said they were on their way. Within the hour the cavalry arrived: Anthony, Dillon and Mitchell. Two trucks and all the equipment necessary to help address my in house lake. Excellent! Professional. Kept us informed every step of the way. We felt comfortable, especially since we are out of state. Dylan was the absolute BEST!! Kudos for all that he (Rytech) did for us- so appreciative!!!!
