We were recommended Rytech through our home insurance after we had a pipe leak through our wall and underneath our vinyl flooring. They quickly assessed the damage and secured the area for the next steps, despite the issue occurring though the winter holidays. All representatives were friendly and professional. If we were to have a similar issue in the future, I'm sure we'll go with Rytech again.

The tech was late for every appointment. I asked him to leave the flooring that he took out here and he agreed to but did not. The dehumidifier was set up wrong and was leaking water all over the place. The equipment was left here for a week past the point they were supposed to come back and pick it taking up a lot of excess space. The cost was ridiculously high for the minuscule amount done.

Rytech has been so efficient, professional, and communicative. Mosein, Elliot, Dylan, Jonathan, they all have been incredible! They make the process smooth and painless! Highly recommend!
