Everything was great in the begening, but when I went to hook my dryer back up I noticed a scrape on the front load door. Andrew was very responsive in the beginging of my issue. They even sent someone out to look at the door acting like they were going to fix the door. I have not heard anything back from them since. They will not answer any text (their choice of comunication).
