East TN Rytech was a water mitigation company chosen by USAA ( homeowners insurance) because a I filed a claim for serious water damage. They were prompt, coming to evaluate & set up big industrial air scrubbers & dehumidifiers on both levels of my condo. Those machines had to run 24 hr for 4 days to dry up all the water before repairing could begin. The representatives I worked with were professional & personable. They were pleasant to work with. My son used Rytech of East TN for fire clean-up and rebuild. of his home that had a fire. They did a great job for the remediation of the home, so we hired them to rebuild the house which they stated they were qualified. Rytech had their building permit rejected by Knox County since they were not licensed to do major construction. Rytech did not inform us of and proceeded to perform construction without a permit, now Knox County has placed a Stop Work order on the home costing me thousands of dollars and Rytech will not retu... read more

Moved to East Tennessee in 2019 after serving 20 years in the Air Force as a Water & Fuel Systems Craftsman, I find it rewarding to work for a great team and serving our customers!

Chris Huss was quick to respond to the needs of mold and leak problem. He and his team came in and worked efficiently and effectively to dry the water and get rid of the mold. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly service.
