The worst overhead doors I’ve ever had to work on! They make it impossible to troubleshoot and work on these things, and they breakdown all the time! I wouldn’t have these things in a commercial building if they were giving them away for free!
I put a review based on incorrect information. The issue of non repair is not Rytec but rather another party.
We are at 350 North Main, Royal Oak, Mi. We have two doors from this company and one of the doors has been out of order for 4 MONTHS- waiting for a part. You should not buy these doors, they are unable to keep them running. Try running your business with your main exit or entry door not working—choose another manufacturer My opinion
Absolute garbage doors and even worse customer service. Since installation last year, the doors have malfunctioned monthly, and it takes nearly a month to get service crews out to fix them. No other garage door companies will touch Rytec doors, citing their extremely complicated and very finicky software. As I write this review, I have been waiting 3 weeks for a tech to show up after the tech missed his first 3 appointments. How this company is still in business is beyond my comprehension. Pathetic.
