I wish I could leave a good review, but when I ordered an Adult L, a children's L was sent. The company put me on trial as if I had made the mistake, now continues to be caught up in checking with management. It's been 3 weeks and no word on how to resolve their mistake. I'd prefer the correct size, but if that isn't possible since it was a team order, a refund would be appreciated.
Ryte Sport has the absolute WORST customer service of any swimsuit company I have ever dealt with and I have been swimming/playing water polo for the past 30 years and now my children do too. We ordered 2 suits and 1 polo from them over 5 weeks ago. Their website says that the turn around time on an order is 2-3 weeks. I ordered these suits with enough time for them to arrive before team photos. As of right now I give RYTE sports 1 Star and a ZERO in costumer care/support! When/IF they finally return the several messages I submitted via their "contact us" form, and by email, and rectify my daughter's order issue, then we'll see about changing our review! This company has been the WORSE ever to order from and get ahold of! I did an order and they sent to me a wrong size. Their costumer service never answer my emails. And it was an expensive swimsuit. Very disappointed!
