This condo was the cutest place. We will definitely be booking here again.
Booked Diamond Beach, got Cubic Zirconia instead. Our unit was 303.. The balcony was disgusting. Definitely not cleaned prior to arrival. There were sharp metal pieces everywhere from the corroded, rusted table. The table has sharp edges from the rust that could’ve definitely cut someone. The patio furniture was filthy. Sitting on the balcony having breakfast & coffee is one of our favorite parts of a trip so it was highly disappointing. If I could give a negative star I would. Ryson has got to be one of the worst vacation rental company i’ve ever dealt with. Me and 14 of my close friends and family planned a getaway vacation for my 50th birthday and had it planned for months before our time. Then the day of check-in, literally six hours before check-in I get a notification that our property is unlivable because it’s infested with roaches when two days before our trip there was a review posted about this issue but Ryson informed me that this issue was taken ... read more
