Large floor drain in the basement completely clogged and water from the softener recharge spread across the floor. Terry Rysavy answered my call, came over immediately, and snaked the line and vacuumed p-trap. Voila! Clean and flowing floor drain. This is an old caste-iron system from the 1950's. Even so, Terry was able to remove old rusty clean-out plugs to fix the problem. Excellent work! Lori Nelson, Lakota ND
