Always reliable for prescriptions! The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly—got my meds filled quickly in person with no issues. Great local pharmacy option in King City. Appreciate the personal touch!
The employees are not answering phone calls. I have prescribed medications that I need and they are giving my doctor a hard time to make the process. I went in person and the 3-4 female employees working there right now did not help me get through this process. This is the 2nd time they need my insurance. Saying it didn’t go through the first time, but still gave me my medication? I proceeded to lend my insurance AGAIN. I have new prescriptions, but lended me the same ones I got last week. Good service.
I dont mind the wait I understand that with Rite Aid closing they have a lot on their hands. When it comes to the cusomer service that these girls/Pharmasist give thats when it becomes a problem. The workers have no compassion for their customers, I understand some cusotmers can be rude but everytime I walk into this phrmacy its a horribe expirence no matter how kind I am.
