Definitiva mente pésima atención las mujeres que tienen hay trabajando enojadas y esto que están jóvenes pero cero empatía pienso que les falta personal amable que les guste lo que hacen nomas porque no tengo otra opción de farmacia si no me cambiaría a otra !!!
Awful and bad customer service. The receptionists think they're doing you a favor by taking care of you. I am doing them a favor by buying the prescription. They simply shouldn't work in customer service if they don't like serving people.
Always reliable for prescriptions! The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly—got my meds filled quickly in person with no issues. Great local pharmacy option in King City. Appreciate the personal touch!
The employees are not answering phone calls. I have prescribed medications that I need and they are giving my doctor a hard time to make the process. I went in person and the 3-4 female employees working there right now did not help me get through this process. This is the 2nd time they need my insurance. Saying it didn’t go through the first time, but still gave me my medication? I proceeded to lend my insurance AGAIN. I have new prescriptions, but lended me the same ones I got last week.
