Update update this is how ridiculous this company is below you’ll see I was told they would reach out and contact me week of July 21 2025 as of August 10 2025 I’ve not heard a thing from Rynoworx terrible service and obviously poor management. Update I made an earlier review about my dissatisfaction with my rynoworx ry10 model I was then contacted by a team lead for rynoworx who said they’d get back to me the following week with some solutions to my equipment issues it’s been over a month and I’ve never received that call back. I strongly recommend if your looking at buying asphalt equipment you look elsewhere as this outfit just wants to rifle low grade equipment out the door with the promise of it being contractor grade then when you have problems will tell you ... read more

Extremely disappointed in my ry10 I spend more time dealing with this unit then operating it the torch is constantly out unless you run it flat out unless you have a tarp strap to hold it in the torch falls out it takes about an hour to melt a block even when it’s hot and when you run the torch flat out it blows out even in the slightest wind it’s definitely not for a contractor you’ll eat up all your profits trying to keep the thing going the rubber blocks get hung up on the agitator and don’t melt it’s almost impossible to... read more

Zero would be more appropriate. Called both customer service and technical support total of 6 times. The distributor I purchased it from called them as well. Never answer their phones and never return messages. This is a ooorly manage company. But you crack sealer from a business that cares about their customers. This one doesn’t. And I’m a business owner. Beyond horrible customer service experience. And this even after my distributor called them and told them I had received no response after multiple calls.
