This was a few years ago now, but I just NOW came across their page to leave a review. When I met Ken and Ann, I was 19. Just moved to Richland Center. Not even there for 2 months. I went with my friend to talk to them about some work and such. During a conversation I explained to Ann (Ken’s wife) that I had just moved there. Responded to our issue in a timely manner, and while it turned out to be minor, their technician didn't treat us like our issue didn't matter!

We set an appointment up about 2 weeks in advanced and he never showed up or gave us a call about the appointment. We called them to ask about it and it went to voice mail.

We have done business here for years. Always very happy with their work. Recently asked Andy for a job estimate and he got back to us with the estimate right away.
