Very professional
This ambulance transport business does not even deserve a (1) star rating. My husband has had (2) extremely important medical appointments canceled within 2-3 hours of the appointment times within the past 2 months. Reasons given was pathetic. Most recent was someone called out. Well why can't they have a couple of prn staff when there is a call out? That's not unheard of. I can't express how frustrated I'm with this outfit. Substandard at best. Best to avoid them is possible.
This company is a blessing and my Angels. When I'm at work and need them in a pinch. They always are sweet, nice and do everything they can to help me with transporting a resident at the last min. I love the employees and the answering service. CARE HAVEN LOVES YALL. JESS
