Loved how she did my nails, so quick and easy. Customer service could be a lot better in my opinion. My nail tech barely spoke to me. She also tried to up charge me an extra $5 when I knew a medium gel x as stated on the site is $65 and not $70. The dishonesty and poor cx turned me off a lot which is unfortunate because I love how she did my nails.

I had such a great experience at this nail salon! The salon was super clean, relaxing, and everyone was so welcoming. A special thank you to Kai for doing an amazing job — so detail-oriented, patient, and talented. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted and I’ve gotten so many compliments already. Kai really takes the time to make sure everything looks perfect. Definitely one of the best nail salon experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend booking with Kai!
I haven’t been here in a while and now I remember why! Upon arriving they seemed annoyed! I had booked 2 full services - pedicure was fine with young guy seemingly in training, but the girl who did my acrylic was rude and argumentative with every question I asked and the price kept Increasing? 2 days later the gel polish is chipping and completely peeling off! the woman beside me was also having a combination of issues with her nail tech - also arguing!
