Hana did my nails and all my cuticles hurt and a few are bleeding… they were even bleeding during the appointment and she wasn’t even acknowledging it, and she was trying so hard to rush through doing my nails. Half of my acrylics are either super thin and super thick as well? I come here all the time and I either get my nails done by Ennie or Nancy and they would be perfect but this time around, since they weren’t available I tried someone new and I hate my new set which is quite unfortunate
My brother got a pedicure without any clear polish or anything, they still charged for polish??? Also I got acrylic she told me it was 25$ for the nail designs but didn’t tell me she was doing chrome so she charged an extra 10$ without telling me until she did the chrome and the total was 105$. If she would’ve told me it was chrome I wouldn’t have gotten it.
Rude service, overpriced, and prices don’t match website. When people book through the website the prices should be transparent, either update your website or honour the prices advertised when booking a service. Save your money and go elsewhere, maybe a salon that actually appreciates their customers.
Did my eyebrows and face wax , it was horrible experience they didn’t do full face at all I asked her two times to wax properly, she didn’t care she wasn’t gentle with my face she wasn’t experienced and they charged my 45$ for almost half face and eyebrows ! Money isn’t the issue it’s the attitude and service they have! I don’t recommend this place .
I went today for the first time in a long time. I dont normally get my nails done due to work but honestly I can say everytime I've gotten my nails done here they have been absolutely amazing. They fit me right in on a busy Friday afternoon after just walking in. The gentleman that did my nails gave me exactly what I wanted and was extremely friendly. Great experience, would definitely recommend!!
