Ryn Services caused extensive damage to our hardwood floors by sending out under qualified workers. The owner Reuben claims “accidents happen” and has advised he will not pay for any damages his employees cause. The manager claimed full responsibility for his employees negligence and promised to repair the floors but he was overruled by Reuben .
