If you are considering building or purchasing a Ryn Built Home, we would highly warn you NOT too. Our homes building experience was a disaster with not closing on time plus tile carpet and many options we chose (carpet, tile, grout color) where done incorrectly having to replace the tile in the bathrooms 3 times before we moved in. Plus the plumbing and electrical where wrong in the bathrooms and kitchen. After reviewing this claim and the details, we are going to have an onsite meeting with the homeowner and our Construction Manager to address these claims which have not been complete. After the onsite meeting, a final determination of any open warrantable items will be made and scheduled to be completed.
