Called for an emergency we had no heat it's a Saturday morning and my family is freezing, we had negative weather no other source of heat, rhymes charged me $259, for 1 hour of work, the man showed up, didn't know how to turn my furnace on, my husband and I had to show him how to turn it on, he had no tools with him just his flashlight on his phone, we started the furnace for him he reaches towards the blower motor and says it's junk, nothing I can do now but I can order the part on Monday, but it won't be until after Christ... read more

Truly wish there was an opportunity to give no stars, as one star suggests some level of competency or an ability for customer service. About five weeks ago, following an oil delivery my Ring-like door cam notified me of someone at my place. Seems Sean, the service manager at the Lebanon office, decided to make a random visit as my copper fill and vent pipe needed to replaced with iron to bring it up to code. Terrible customer service. Turns off auto delivery and doesn't notify their customers. We ran out of propane. Called and paid up front for a delivery. Was supposed to be called back with a confirmed delivery date when we were told it would be Wednesday which was two days away. Did not receive any calls until Wednesday claiming they wouldn't deliver unless we paid them another $125-. We are already stuck paying over a dollar more per gallon than other companies.
