Rymers installed 4 tiers retaining walls in my backyard in May 2023. This was the worse and stressful experience we have ever had. He promised to finish in 10 days but it actually took 2 months. His crews are unprofessional and have no clue what they were doing. The equipment seats in my yard for weeks and never finished the job. Rymers wasn't responsive, no show no call, never know when they decided to come by and works for 2 to 3 hours each time they come. I had a good impression of Arrin initially and wanted to give Rymer's the benefit of the doubt, but overall, I was very disappointed in both the communication and the work they did for me. Bit of a long story, but 3 months after agreeing to the quote, a team showed up with zero notice to start the project. I was coordinating other projects and told them we would have to reschedule and I would need at least one weeks notice before they began the project. about 5 months later.
