We had Michael Hodges come out to give us a structural report of our large house that has multiple areas of structural concern. We waited 6 weeks for our “report,” only received it after we said we would expect a full refund if not received and then it was a flimsy 1.5 page letter that didn’t address over half of our areas of concern. Don’t waste your money! Find someone else.
