Ordered flooring for a new building and used their recommended installer. Flooring is fine for walking on but can't move any equipment on it which we do daily. Need to replace our floor after a couple of months.
I recently bought rubber tiles for home gym and it went together perfectly. I had a little error in that I needed to order 3 extra pieces. I paid and picked them up. Unfortunately the ones I was given was not the ones i ordered and were slightly larger. I brought the error to the company's attention and it was immediately remedied. People and companies make mistakes but its how they manage the mistakes that matters. This was top class. You need home gym flooring, don't buy anywhere else!!!
Problem solved Paul the manager was very professional as he addressed the issue quickly and get it solved as fast as he can He also call me a few times to follow up on my order and explained what caused the delay Very nice gentlemen Thank you Paul Appreciate it Terrible experience Shipment was delayed and no one follow up and response These guys should learn about customer service again By the way I am still waiting for my shipment
Purchased 8mm rubber tiles for my home gym. The quality is great, but the customer service was even better. Paul made the process easy and answered all my questions, helping me make the best decision for my space. Great experience overall.
