We had been purchasing artificial grass from big box stores and other well known sources for many years. They would never last and break down over time.Those days are over, we were unaware that the quality they provide existed. Very happy that we are getting amazing value for our money. The staff is very knowledgeable, we purchased the right product at a competitive price! Highly recommended.
Great experience with Rymar. Matt was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. He took the time to answer my questions, made the whole process straightforward, and even gave us some fun geography trivia along the way. The turf I chose turned out amazing, and I’m very happy with the quality and the final result. A lot of credit goes to Matt for making the experience such a positive one. Excellent customer service and a great representative for Rymar. Highly recommend!
Matt, the customer service rep, was great! I came into the store thinking I needed a specific item, but after listening to my plan he suggested a better solution. (Stall mats to the 8mm mats) Martin from the warehouse was also fantastic. He went above and beyond to help with the fulfillment, even though the warehouse had already closed at 4 PM on Friday before the long weekend.
We had our backyard done in 2020 , still looks great very happy with our grass from Rymar in Ottawa .
