Wow, absolutely amazing! We needed to replace some rotting timber windows and found RylockCare Mentone through a Google search. We visited their showroom and were immediately impressed by their professionalism. At the office, we met Lambes, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and experienced. Third time in four years that I am using RylockCare Mentone as I am progressively changing over my doors and windows from timber-framed to aluminium. Lambes is so friendly, helpful and very experienced in what he does. He not only came to measure and quote, he provided advice, recommendations and suggestions. It's hard to start writing a review when everything about the finished product was so good. Lambes came to measure and quote several weeks earlier and we felt really comfortable with his knowledge and his tone and manner, making us feel confident in taking on Rylock Mentone for the job. I can't believe there are only three other reviews here and it's harder to believe that one of them was only one star. Very professional job replacing and installing many double glazed windows and doors. Knowledgeable staff who knew their product well. Friendly polite team of guys who did the installation in a timely manner. Great customer service, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this company.
