Very responsive with fair price
I had a great experience with Rylix Electric! This past winter’s extreme cold spell caused our unit’s mini-splits to lock up, leaving the unit without heat, Gary immediately made time for our urgent situation and came promptly for an estimate followed by a quick scheduling for baseboard heaters installation. Gary and Mike were super efficient and professional. The work they did was quality and also surprisingly quick! I would recommend Rylix for electrical work!
I used Rylix about 6 years ago and they were awesome. I would suggest not using them now. They charged me 174 to come out and walk around and tighten a few wires. they were here for maybe 30 minutes. Then looked at me when i pointed out an outlet that is broken and said ‘you want me to change an outlet? that will be $65 per outlet’. Outlet remains broken and I would not recommend these people to anyone.
I hired Gary to complete electric work in my garage and outdoor entertainment area. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Gary showed up when he said he would and the job was completed in less time than he thought. Gary and his assistant Mike did an excellent job at an excellent price. I highly recommend Rylix Electric for any electric needs.
In early October, we hired Gary. During his visit to our home, part of his work involved providing quotes for a few projects, which we paid him an hourly rate to complete. Unfortunately, we never received the quotes. After about six weeks of Gary ignoring my husband’s texts inquiring about the quotes, I called him directly to follow up.
