In early October, we hired Gary. During his visit to our home, part of his work involved providing quotes for a few projects, which we paid him an hourly rate to complete. Rude and unprofessional. Details: I paid his service fee for him to come out. Half the reason for the visit was so that I could get quoted 5-6 electrical things I wanted to get done (the other half the reason was to get one safety concern resolved asap, no quote needed). He never responded to me with any quotes. I very kindly texted him every couple weeks after the visit, just a gentle reminder saying hey I know you're busy, do you know when you'll have some quotes ready? The rylix team fixed a light problem i had and added 2 outside outlets and did it with a fair price and great work! Will definitely be working with them again.
