Getting my hair done finally!
Ryland Homes – We bought our first home through Ryland 5 months ago. They accepted our offer, which was $12,000 less than the listed price plus added 2 ceiling fans and a refrigerator, and let us know within 2 days of submitting our offer. We had everything done in less than 2 weeks after seeing the home for the first time. Sharon and Brian were amazing with everything and we are 100% satisfied!
Ryland Homes - Krum, TX Great home quality and the lots are bigger than the normal pea-sized lots most homes are built on these days. Great place to live, too! People in the office are really nice and helpful.
Worse than the worst used car dealer – Ryland Homes is just plain awful to work with. I swear this happened. We stopped by to look at a home and walked away with a flier advertising a price on a new construction home that was nearing completion. When we went into with our agent to put in an offer a week and a half later, they had raised the price more than 30,000. We put in an offer based on the price we'd originally been given. Buyer Beware! Terrible company to deal with, especially their finance people!!! Great house, horrible experience!!! – Terrible company with unethical sales practices. I was in the process of purchasing a home in McKinney and was planning to use Ryland Finance. Ryland Finance rep would never give accurate or complete numbers.
