Sketchy. I first called Ryker & Sons on Sunday evening. I get a call center, ask for a quote, I’m told there is an assessment fee and then that can go towards the service. Okay, I ask them to go ahead and get me on their schedule and I plan to keep calling around. Next I call Paul’s Air Duct Service. What is interesting is that both these companies have the same website under different names. After some heavy weather, i noticed a problem around my home and decided to have the air ducts and vent system checked. A neighbor recommended a local duct cleaning service, so i called and set up an inspection. After i sent angel a quick video, he was able to tell the ductwork and vent area needed service right away. He came by the next day and took care of the cleaning and needed repairs. Theodore and Dale arrived right on time this morning and were very respectful of my home from the moment they came in. They were polite, professional, and clearly knew a lot about air duct cleaning, vent service, and improving indoor airflow. Overall great service for our dryer vent and air duct cleaning, along with a basic chimney inspection. Angel was very informative, professional, and respectful while working inside the house, and even took off his boots before stepping onto the rug, which was a very thoughtful touch. Ryker & Sons Air Ducts provided amazing air duct cleaning service. Zachary, Angel, and Leonard were professional, careful, and very thorough during the whole ductwork cleaning process. They made sure our air ducts and vents were clean and free of dust and debris, and we noticed better indoor air quality in our Farmersville home. With the Texas heat, having clean ducts also helped our HVAC system feel more efficient and the airflow throughout the house seemed much better.
