I really like this place! They are extremely busy but get to you as soon as possible. I bought a dirt bike for 1 of my kids and realized when she used it a couple days later for the first time it had a small oil leak. I called and told me to bring it in that same day I did and they fixed it right away said it was the switch inside that can get stuck but was an easy fix. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! My parents recently purchased an ATV for our children from this poorly run operation for it, after only being used twice by a 7 year on flat ground, to have a weld on the frame break. We took the ATV to the store where the extremely rude worker refused to even look at the ATV for warranty repair or replacement, laughed at my father, said they didn't have a mechanic available, that the kids broke it, that we would need to take it to a welder to be fixed and it wasn't their problem. Great looking ATV and the kids have enjoyed it, just a couple of issues. I am happy to say the owners took care of me and are working with me to resolve them and take care of everything. I do appreciate that! Means so much! Customer service is something I don't take lately and they are working to make it right!

Cute and cheap four wheelers but very disrespectful people. Called to have some things explained due to a dead battery on a four wheeler that hasn’t been used at all and was completely disrespected. I asked to be talked to n a professional manner and was laughed at
