Very unprofessional, argumentative and unwilling to advertise truthfully and deliver an acceptable product comparable to what they’ve been paid for. Continued to repeat that I just couldn’t “comprehend” that the website falsely depicts the quality of the product to being much higher and they can’t afford to give what is being advertised for the price advertised.
