Very unprofessional, argumentative and unwilling to advertise truthfully and deliver an acceptable product comparable to what they’ve been paid for. Continued to repeat that I just couldn’t “comprehend” that the website falsely depicts the quality of the product to being much higher and they can’t afford to give what is being advertised for the price advertised. My brother, so sweetly sent flowers for easter, however he would have been horrified to see what I recieved!! All flowers were wilted, and by the end of the day the pedals had literally fallen off. I wasn't happy at all, and these flowers were totally overtired! I called and complained, whoever answered acted irritated with me but did offer a new bouquet for tomorrow....I wouldn't recommend this florist..
