Hard working people here.
This is the second time I've come and it was great to have my appointment at 10 am arrival time (9:40) and I left 10:15.
I arrived late for my appointment and understood that I might have to be rescheduled. That was not the issue. What was disappointing was the attitude at check-in. I was treated with unnecessary hostility and disrespect from the moment I approached the desk. Policies are policies, but professionalism and basic courtesy should still apply. Drivers deserve to be treated with respect, even when appointments are missed.
