Be mindful that they don't have a ton of staff so some things may take some time. I unloaded here. It took about 45 minutes this time and they helped pull straps and chains off

Real mean bad people. They make delivery drivers and pick ups really unprofessional and uncomfortable. They find things to do and say things to make life harder for people I’m talking about shipping & receiving, I hope they find a special place in hell for you . For your wickedness. They also waste drivers time on purpose to load and unload so I suggest all drivers and carriers charge extra to these guys.
