Really unhappy with the service my dogs and I received. Told them my dogs suffer from anxiety and that I’m pregnant and we have just moved house and this information wasn’t taken into acount. My dogs were yelled at before service for having anxiety this causing them to feel unsafe and myself feel bad. When consulted by the vet with the short hair don’t know her name she didn’t talk or engage with my pets didn’t use there names or valid reassurance to help them feel safe.
