Dealt with a wonderful lady Named Tami who I bought my first home with. Great company with great affordable home prices. They do a good job and are very reasonable
Plumbing in master bathroom flooded everywhere and my landlord blamed me. Neighbor had same problem. Light switches stick n cabinet doors in bathroom weak joints. Neighbors are amazing and safe neighborhood. Beware of landlords who try to evict you when you are working 2 jobs to pay them every penny. Then come in your home at midnight and blame plumbing on you and try to threaten you with their sons one month after your mother died and you have no death certificate to file probate. Let me preface by pointing out that the residents in our neighborhood are phenomenal. I am grateful for our little community. With that being said, do not buy a DR Horton home, especially in the Sarasota region. The sales team is great. The quality of the construction is absolutely terrible. DR Horton will say a home is ready to close when it is not finished.
