I hate leaving bad reviews but I reached out to them directly with my complaint which they basically ignored so I’m left with no other choice. A really bad experience from start to finish. They were over 2 hours late, and didn’t advise us of their delay, we had to call them. They tried to charge us double the quoted price because one of our rooms was bigger than they expected, which does not check out mathematically.
