Dakota is awesome! He’s very personable with the residents that live here. We’ve had an issue with moisture building up underneath one of our windows. He came up and fixed it quickly and has a plan for if/when it happens again in the future. I’ve had my fair share of experiences with maintenance staff from various complexes, and he is the best by far!
I just wanted to take time out and say thank you to Meagan, we just got our keys and she was the best. She walked us through the process and answered all of our questions in great details. She took her time with us and made us feel at home. We need more people like her, because moving in itself it very stressful. Thank you Meagan for your help....
