The assistant manager, Meagan, is truly the best! When I came to tour, she had me ready to sign the same day with her kindness, knowledge, and helpfulness. Anytime I have a question or need a maintenance request, she is always quick to help me get the answers I’m looking for. Walter, one of the maintenance team members, is also beyond helpful. He’s great at explaining what’s going on and how an issue will be fixed. For emergency requests, he is always quick to give you a call back and make sure everything is taken care of! ... read more
I’ve had a wonderful experience living here, and I especially want to recognize Meagan for her outstanding help and dedication to making sure my concerns are taken care of. Highly recommend!
The apartment looks nice from the outside, but unfortunately the inside is a different story. There has been an ongoing cockroach problem, and management never provided a permanent solution despite multiple complaints. Temporary treatments are not enough when the problem keeps coming back. Because of this experience, I will not be renewing my lease. I would not recommend this apartment.
Unless you like to set yourself up for a headache rent a place here. Otherwise RUNAWAY. Apartments may appear to look new and clean but this place has a major bug problem no matter how often they come spray down the place they come back. The walls here are paper thin and you can hear every neighbor you share a wall with. Also management will not care at all even after you request a call back so don’t bother. RUNAWAY!!!!
Dakota the maintenance supervisor was awesome and so quick! We love living here!
