We’ve been living at these apartments for about 2 months now. It is a really nice property but there’s so many things wrong biggest thing being the hot water in our unit only stays hot for about 5-8 minutes if you’re lucky so it’s very frustrating to always have to end your shower/ wash your hair in cold water, brought it up multiple times, seems to be a known issue so I don’t understand why it isn’t mentioned on their website, or fixed, while it might be okay for some it’s not okay for all. We have lived her for almost a month now and love it here! Everyone is extremely nice and helpful in the office. Meagan and Kennedy are always ready to go above and beyond to make sure the residents are taken care of. They have fun activities for the residents to get to know each other. It is a true community.
I looked at a few places when relocating to DFW and I knew the second I toured this complex that it was my new home. Meagan showed me pictures of the sunset across our lil lake and I was sold. She is the absolute sweetest and helped me throughout the process and beyond. Now over 6 months in I'm beyond grateful I landed here. The finishes are beautiful, the staff is responsive, and I definitely have my "patio of peace" overlooking the water. I have no hesitations recommending this place to anyone.
We have been here 3 months now and just love it. The office staff is the best I have ever seen anywhere. So friendly and well knowledge about the property. The sunsets are amazing here and everybody is so nice. Hallways and property is kept very clean. I would give it a 10 star if I could.
No other words necessary. I love living at Rye!!!! This place has been just so amazing 👏
