Bad service
I am overwhelmed with so much positive/ welcoming energy here! The process was so smooth & I am so grateful for the leasing team! everyone welcomed me with the warmest comfort. The property manager here Dana & leasing agent Meagan are the best! I have had no issues during my application process, everything was explained greatly & leased with a great special! Weeks after moving out they never sent us our move out statement. I had to call in order for them to send it only to find out they charged us $156 of the $175 deposit for a shampooing of the carpet despite saying everything was perfect with the apartment. I asked why were we charged then, and they said it's a STANDARD thing they do for every apartment when someone moves out even if the carpet looks good.
