Jon quickly fixed my 6 year son's bike tire as well as put new handle bar grips on both of my boys' bikes. He also fitted both boys for new bike helmets. Love having a local bike store �
The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been having a recurring problem for over 2 years which I've had other bike shops look at and the issue never got fully resolved. It got worse yet again, so I took it in on Saturday and after showing them and explaining what was going on, they worked on it and had the problem fixed within a short period of time. Bikes for everyone! Great customer service and just a super cool store.
A big shout out to John, who scheduled a next day appointment to look at a treadmill that had stopped working, 18 months after purchasing. MIke, the technician, quickly found the problem, did a quick fix, and waived the service fee! You don't get this kind of service in the Cities! Thank you both so very, very much! I highly recommend Rydjor to SE Minnesotans!
