I purchased 2 ATVs one used for over $1000.00 with no warranty as soon as we got it home it did not work took it back 3 times worked there but not at my house… that’s strange then I bought one brand new 30 day warranty????!!! Sad to say this but I can no longer support business like this, me and my family try our best to support up and coming businesses and show true love to the community but when it's met with hostility and lack of comprehension... You're no longer a business I'd back and support. Bought 5 Atvs from this establishment and experienced severe malfunctions. Walked in the store and there was 2 employees ( an older lady and older gentleman) the older lady was helping a customer but the gentleman was just sitting there. No one greeted us. We preceeded to look at the bikes and I looked up and the gentlemen was staring at me but said nothing then the older lady got done helping the other customer and he left and we stood there for another maybe 5-7 mins with still no greeting or can I help you find something. Poor customer service.
Great place to purchase dirt bikes and 4 wheelers. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back to do more business with you guys. Thanks for taking care of us!!
They were very polite very patient I brought in my 2025 vitacci 250cc sports bike it was leaking fuel apparently cougar cycles in Norcross (which I don't recommend)sold it to me and whenever they assembled it they put a hole in my gas tank....but riding dirty took care of me....great service at a nice price I was rolling in two hrs!!! Highly recommend these people!
