Dr Rydin-Gray is empathetic,non judgemental and accepting.Dr Rydin-Gray is a good listener and processes your questions very quickly to help you understand yourself and your emotions.I never leave her office with heaviness, which is a first for me in my history of therapy.She is very good with helping me identify triggers, that lead to certain emotions or emotional eating.She is a Dr. who cares. The office setting is my only issue,but that doesn't reflect on Dr Rydin-Gray. It's a facility issue.
