New owners are unprofessional & not trustworthy. I did my regular car service here recently as I've done for the last 4 years. When I went to pick up the car, they told me 'we put a new cabin filter & new wipers' with no prior phone call to ask if I wanted them replaced. And I know my cabin filter wasn't even dirty & I am capable of replacing it myself. Why not call me first to discuss if I want them changed? Am not going back to this place.
Stephen and the crew at Ryders went above and beyond to fix a fault on my Mazda. I had taken it to 3 other mechanics that had no idea how to fix it. Stephen was so thorough and professional and found the issue in no time. He then sourced me the cheapest fix and did it in record time. I can safely say that I would (and have) recommended Ryders to all my loved ones. No one better in the business!
Don't waste your money here, Isn't trust place.
Worst car inspection experience. Dodgy practices and false information to customers to cause additional inspection cost and/or repairs....legal loophole they use is that the customer can choose not to have defect repaired by them. Having suspicion, I immediately went to another inspection center for 2nd full inspection. I didn't tell them about any fault, and surprisingly, 2nd inspection center didn't report any fault. Have reported this business to the DVS office with evidence for further investigations. Avoid this business... read more
I went to inspect the car with them for the first time ,jawid and the guys are great, best communication . I would go back for next inspection .
