Ed Holmes was a terrible lawyer for my union grievance. The only conversation he had with me to discuss my case was 30 minutes before the in person hearing began. He mocked my grievance in front of everyone including many of my co-workers. "This is what I would call your standard grievance", he said with a laugh, which elicited chuckles from the employer's counsel and panel.
